• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design review, construction documentation, and project delivery.

• Proficiency in CAD, architectural design software, visualization tools, and presentation software used in architecture/engineering environments.
• Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, presentation materials, and architectural submissions prepared by the Design‑Build Contractor.
• Check architectural deliverables for compliance with applicable codes, standards, client specifications, project requirements, and design objectives.
• Review architectural construction specifications, detailed requisitions, material information, equipment requirements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers when required to support design reviews, technical clarifications, and material‑related assessments.
• Coordinate architectural activities with engineering, construction, design management, and project delivery teams.
• Review detailed design packages, construction drawings, technical specifications, and consultant or contractor submissions for quality and completeness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural Designers, CAD Operators, and other project team members.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination to ensure architectural works integrate properly with structural, MEP, operational, safety, access, and maintainability requirements.
• Participate in design review meetings, technical workshops, coordination sessions, and project progress discussions.
• Provide practical recommendations to resolve architectural, technical, design coordination, and construction documentation issues.
• Monitor architectural design quality and ensure consistency with project standards, operational needs, client expectations, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare design review comments, technical reports, review logs, coordination notes, and architectural documentation as required.
• Identify design gaps, discrepancies, clashes, missing information, and coordination issues that may affect construction or project performance.
• Support review of station, public infrastructure, maintenance facility, transit, and transportation‑related architectural elements where applicable.
• Maintain clear records of comments, approvals, decisions, design changes, and follow‑up actions.
• Perform additional architectural and project‑related responsibilities as assigned to support successful design delivery.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design review, construction documentation, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction documentation, technical coordination, and design quality control.
• Proficiency in CAD, architectural design software, visualization tools, and presentation software commonly used in architecture and engineering environments.
• Ability to review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, detailed design packages, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with consultants, design‑build contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, design teams, construction teams, and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
• Experience on rail, metro, transit, transportation infrastructure, stations, maintenance facilities, or major public infrastructure developments is preferred.
• Knowledge of international architectural standards, construction best practices, and project delivery requirements is advantageous.
• Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
