Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Architect to support architectural design reviews, technical coordination, and construction documentation activities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural drawings, layouts, renderings, specifications, and construction documents prepared by the Design Builder. The role focuses on ensuring that architectural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project and client requirements. Working closely with engineering and construction teams, the Architect will review detailed design submissions, coordinate technical matters with suppliers, and provide guidance to Architectural Designers and CAD Operators assigned to the project.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design Review

• Review architectural CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, and study models prepared by the Design Builder.
• Examine construction documents and architectural design submissions for technical accuracy and consistency.

• Verify that architectural designs comply with applicable building codes and technical standards.
• Review architectural documentation against project specifications and client requirements.

• Support the application of relevant design standards throughout project development.

Construction Specifications and Materials

• Review architectural construction specifications.

Engineering and Construction Coordination
