Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven customer-facing delivery experience as a consultant or adviser.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; run design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption, measurable value, and account expansion within engagements.
• Collaborate with engineering to align strategy with technical delivery.
