Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll own architecture decisions, guide production handoff, and mentor engineers while maintaining high engineering standards.

You’ll work with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products, influencing roadmaps and building scalable systems on the Agentforce platform across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration.
Maintain data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
Resolve blockers like data integration failures and deployment issues.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
Surface field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap input.
