Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions for flagship customers. You will design, implement, and productionize systems on the Agentforce platform, guiding architecture decisions and setting coding standards.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Deployment Strategists, and translate complex business challenges into scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; familiar with others.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong data modeling, processing, and analytics capabilities across platforms.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with robust guardrails.
• Manage data lifecycle and ensure readiness for AI applications across platforms.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly with sound prioritization.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
• Surface field insights to inform the Agentforce roadmap.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate client challenges into solutions.
