Job summary

FNRCO in Jeddah is seeking a senior Contract & Service Delivery leader to own end-to-end delivery of the O&M contract scope, ensuring maintenance per OEM standards and contractual obligations. The role oversees 24/7 operations, stakeholder coordination, and performance improvements to meet KPIs.

The candidate will manage P&L, safety, HSE compliance, and interfaces with government authorities, airports, and clients, while driving continuous improvement in asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering O&M contracts end-to-end.
• Experience leading 24/7 operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client liaison.
• Ability to manage KPI/SLA performance and audits.
• Knowledge of HSE policies and compliance.
• Arabic language proficiency required (8–12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the O&M contract scope.
• Manage PPM schedules, corrective maintenance, and parts availability.
• Control contract scope changes and variations.
• Manage contract P&L and margin protection.
• Lead 24/7 field team with escalation paths.
• Set performance objectives and training matrices.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and government interfaces.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GACA, NDA, and safety policies.
