Job summary

FNRCO in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement activities from requirement definition through contract award and handover. The role covers planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, and governance reporting.

You will coordinate procurement processes, support technical and commercial assessments, and ensure accurate records and audit trails. A Bachelor's degree and 6–9 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of relevant procurement delivery experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end procurement activities.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing planning.
• Experience preparing and managing EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.
• Experience coordinating tender schedules and bidder communications.
• Experience supporting evaluation activities and technical/commercial assessments.
• Experience preparing award recommendations and approval papers.
• Experience supporting contract formation and mobilization.
• Strong attention to procurement documentation, records, approvals, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support procurement and sourcing plans.
• Prepare EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate bidder communications.
• Coordinate clarification responses and evaluation activities.
• Support technical and commercial assessments.
• Prepare award recommendations and approval papers.
• Support contract formation and mobilisation activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement trackers, approval logs, decision records, procurement records, and audit trails.
• Provide governance and reporting support as required.
