Job summary

DNV GL seeks an experienced Operations Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead operations, contracts, and customer relationships while driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires Saudi national status with a strong background in CRM and operations within the TIC sector.

You will manage existing contracts, mentor a team, and collaborate with global and regional leaders to deliver integrated services in line with DNV standards and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, civil, or process engineering.
• Several years of ops management, contracts management, business development and CRM in the TIC sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects delivered per DNV standards and Saudi laws.
• Collaborate with global and regional leaders for integrated service offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Generate reports on performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
• Oversee contract management and renewals as necessary.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
