Job summary

Reef Holding is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Section Head to lead receivables, collections, reconciliations, and revenue controls across multi-channel platforms. You will manage high-volume transactions, complex reconciliations, and aging analysis, collaborating with Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams to resolve outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or credit control.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume receivables and multi-channel settlements.
• Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Knowledge of multi-channel revenue flows and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounts Receivable activities across the Group.
• Manage customer balances, invoices, receipts, collections, and aging.
• Ensure timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Monitor aging and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams to resolve balances.
• Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and dashboards for management.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting with accurate AR data.
• Drive process improvements and automation across AR processes.
