Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a Senior Finance Controller to lead AP, AR and finance operations on SAP. You will own end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, manage two team leads, drive cashflow, and ensure IFRS compliance across the group.

You'll optimise processes, implement automation, and partner with Treasury and external auditors while delivering timely management reporting and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience, 5+ years in AP/AR or shared-services.
• Strong SAP experience (FI/AP/AR) and IFRS knowledge; GCC/KSA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, three-way matching, GRIR, approvals, payments.
• Own end-to-end AR cycle: customer invoicing, cash application, collections and DSO.
• Lead AP/AR teams through two team leads; set objectives, KPIs and development plans.
• Manage working capital, reporting, and provide inputs to short-term cash flow.
• Drive process improvement and automation of finance ops on SAP and related tools.
