Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, seeks a senior AP/AR and Finance Operations leader to own end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash within a multi-entity framework along Saudi Arabia's Red Sea projects.

Lead two team leads, drive process standardisation and SAP-based automation, manage working capital, ensure VAT/ZATCA compliance and audit readiness, and report to senior leadership with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
• Strong background in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end AP: invoice receipt, three-way matching, GRIR, approvals, payment runs, reconciliation.
• Owns end-to-end AR: invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, forecast, and credit control.
• Leads AP/AR teams through team leads; sets objectives, KPIs, workload, and development plans.
• Manages working capital metrics: DPO, DSO, ageing, unapplied cash, overdue balances.
• Provides input into short-term cash flow and payment planning with Treasury.
• Owns month-end close activities: reconciliations, accruals, intercompany balances.
