Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day construction logistics, site access, and material deliveries across a major project in Saudi Arabia. The role supports the Construction Logistics Plan and collaborates with contractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in construction logistics, airport/logistics experience, and a solid understanding of delivery planning, traffic management, and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction logistics or site logistics coordination.
• Experience on major airport, infrastructure projects, or large-scale construction.
• Airport / airside logistics experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of site access, material delivery, and traffic movement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day construction logistics activities across the project.
• Support the Construction Logistics Plan updates and implementation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site access, unloading, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and manage delivery schedules with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site congestion and logistics performance to prevent delays.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain records for closeout.
