Job summary

Amazon in Riyadh is seeking an Engagement Manager for Prototyping AI and Customer Engineering to drive high-value prototype engagements with KSA and GCC customers. You will partner with account teams, Prototyping Architects, and AWS specialists to turn ambitious ideas into working technology on AWS.

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and pilot a pipeline of innovation opportunities across KSA and GCC.
• Qualify engagements with crisp milestones and customer outcomes.
• Scope time-boxed prototypes with clear success criteria.
• Coordinate engagements among customers, AWS architects and partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on tech shifts.
• Package repeatable motions for the PACE community.
• Represent customer insights to AWS service teams and roadmaps.
