Job summary

AWS, through the PACE team, is seeking a Prototyping Engagement Manager based in Riyadh to lead high-value innovation engagements across KSA and the GCC. You will partner with customers and AWS engineers to shape, qualify, and drive multi-week prototypes from first conversation to production-ready proof points.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk).
• Experience coordinating release schedules across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and pilot a pipeline of innovation opportunities across KSA and GCC.
• Qualify engagements with real business outcomes and committed customers.
• Scope engagements with crisp, time-boxed prototypes and clear success criteria.
• Coordinate engagements from kickoff to close with customer developers, AWS architects, and partners.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate generational technology shifts.
• Scale repeatable motions and share patterns across the PACE ecosystem.
• Represent customer insights back into AWS service teams and roadmaps.
