Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Prototyping Engagement Manager in the AWS PACE team, based in Riyadh, to guide enterprise AI and cloud-native innovations across KSA and the GCC. You will partner with account teams, specialists, and partners to drive multi-week proof points that de-risk transformations and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and pilot a pipeline of innovation opportunities across KSA and the GCC with account teams, specialists, and partners.
• Qualify with rigour: ensure real business outcomes, customer commitment, and production path.
• Scope engagements with crisp, time-boxed prototypes and clear success criteria.
• Drive engagements from kickoff to close, coordinating customer developers, AWS architects, and partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to navigate generational tech shifts and investment decisions.
• Scale repeatable patterns and share learnings across the PACE community.
• Represent the customer internally, feeding engagement insights into AWS service teams and roadmaps.
