ORELIS GLOBAL seeks an AI Program Facilitator to support corporate teams in practical, responsible AI adoption. Facilitators serve as the company’s face with clients, completing structured preparation, training in ORELIS methodology, and a week of field immersion before leading programs.

You will deliver programs on-site in Riyadh, adapt content to industry contexts, and uphold quality standards while collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Fluent Arabic and English are required.

AI Program Facilitator

Join ORELIS GLOBAL as an AI Program Facilitator and support corporate teams in the practical and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. Our facilitators represent ORELIS directly with our clients and play a central role in the quality of the experience we deliver. Before leading any ORELIS program independently, each facilitator completes a structured preparation and qualification process: training in the ORELIS methodology and programs, familiarisation with our quality and delivery standards, and a week of field immersion alongside an experienced ORELIS facilitator.

Profile sought

We are looking for experienced facilitators who can lead groups of professionals with confidence and create genuine learning dynamics. You should be able to explain complex topics simply, engage a room and support participants with diverse backgrounds professionally. You also have solid practical knowledge of current AI tools and applications, and can relate them to real workplace situations. Experience in corporate training, Learning & Development, consulting or a client-facing B2B environment is particularly valued. Beyond experience, we are looking for people who are reliable, curious, rigorous in their standards and capable of representing ORELIS credibly with demanding organisations.

• ORELIS training — Learning our methodology, programs and delivery standards.
• Field immersion — One week alongside an experienced ORELIS facilitator, observing our programs in real conditions and absorbing our approach.
• Qualification — Confirming your readiness before leading any ORELIS program independently.
