Job summary

Manara is seeking experienced AI Facilitators/Instructors to help educators across the MENA region build confidence and skills to use AI in their classrooms. You will deliver engaging AI training sessions and adapt examples to different learner profiles and contexts.

This is a contract/part-time, multi-year program based remotely with eligibility for professionals in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar. Fluency in Arabic and English is valued to support diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience facilitating training for adults, preferably educators
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English
• Familiarity with AI tools or the ability to learn quickly
• Based in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar
• Teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI training sessions for educators, both virtually and in person
• Adapt facilitation approaches to different learner profiles and classroom contexts
• Guide participants through certification activities, including micro-teaching and lesson design support
• Capture learner feedback and insights to continuously improve the program

We’re hiring: AI Facilitators/Instructors across MENA

Manara is looking for experienced AI Facilitators/Instructors to help educators across the MENA region build the confidence and skills to use AI in their classrooms.

As part of a large-scale, multi-year AI education initiative, you’ll be at the heart of the experience by bringing the curriculum to life, engaging educators, and helping them move from curiosity about AI to practical application.

Location: Remote (based in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar)

Travel for sessions may be required.

Engagement: Contract / Part-time

Duration: Multi-year program

Language: Arabic and English

What you will do:

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person AI training sessions for educators
• Adapt facilitation approaches and examples to different learner profiles and classroom contexts
• Guide participants through certification activities, including micro-teaching and lesson design support
• Capture learner feedback and insights to continuously improve the program experience
• Represent Manara and our mission with professionalism and energy

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience facilitating training or learning experiences for adults (experience with educators is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English (depending on market needs)
• Familiarity with AI tools or the curiosity and ability to learn quickly
• Based in Egypt, KSA, UAE, or Qatar
• A passion for learning, patience with learners, and a belief in the power of great teaching
• Teaching experience is a plus
