Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Cross-Cultural Leadership training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural Leadership content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For
