Job summary

Manar Rass in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Outward Bound facilitator to deliver high-impact outdoor experiential learning programs across the region. You will bring field experience, leadership, and a passion for learning through adventure.

Responsibilities include leading programs, coaching facilitators, supporting recruitment, accrediting processes, and ensuring safety and participant experience while traveling and staying on-site during field programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Valid or recognized Outward Bound certification/accreditation.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience facilitating at least 100 diverse groups through Outward Bound field programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
• High professional and ethical standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and perform effectively under pressure.
• Very good command of English.
• Good computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay on-site during field programs across Saudi Arabia.
• Professional references from previous Outward Bound managers or supervisors are required.

We are seeking an experienced Outward Bound-certified facilitator to join our team in Saudi Arabia and contribute to the delivery of high-impact outdoor experiential learning programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced Outward Bound professional with strong field experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for outdoor education, facilitator development, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
