Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Technology Services delivery, preferably within large or complex organizations. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
Soft and technical skills: Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies and domains, including Windows/M365, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Agile delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. Demonstrated leadership with a drive for innovation and adaptability. Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and regulated environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation v4 or equivalent is a differentiating qualification.
Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written); Arabic is a plus.
