Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Technology Leader for the Greater Gulf to drive local delivery of global technology initiatives in Riyadh. You will partner with enterprise teams to align programs, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality user support across the region.

The role emphasizes AI, automation, and digital capabilities, with a focus on impactful service delivery, training, and change management in a regulated biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology services delivery in large or complex organizations (10–15 years).
• Strong leadership with a drive for innovation and adaptability; customer-first mindset.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/M365, ITSM and agile delivery tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the local deployment of global technology projects, products, and services.
• Partner with Tech Enterprise Delivery and Global Digital Technology teams to plan and align initiatives.
• Oversee on-site support operations and local tech vendor performance to meet standards.
• Lead digital-first service delivery with automation and AI tools and enable user self-service.
• Serve as primary contact for technology incidents, requests, and needs from local stakeholders.
• Manage local technology budgets and purchasing for digital equipment and services.
• Deliver local tech communications and training to keep users informed and proficient.
