Job summary

Appsierra Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking two hands-on leaders to own product direction and engineering delivery for an Arabic-first commerce platform. You will write and review code, direct AI agents, and take responsibility for the result.

You will own architecture and implementation decisions, lead AI-assisted development, ensure payment correctness and reliability, and coordinate data migrations and rollbacks with the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of multi-tenant commerce or payments systems.
• Experience with architecture, integration, incidents, migrations.
• Proven use of AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code and tests.

Responsibilities

• Make architecture and implementation decisions within agreed business goals and budget.
• Lead AI-assisted development, code review, automated testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Own payment correctness, reconciliation, merchant account isolation, security, and reliability.
• Plan and rehearse data migration, recovery, and rollback; reject unsafe implementations and block unsafe releases.
• Resolve delivery tradeoffs with Product and show progress through working merchant workflows.
