Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking an AfterMarket Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia to drive aftermarket sales, advise customers on spare parts and services, and bolster equipment performance and reliability. You will work with service and engineering teams to meet customer needs and grow the aftermarket business.

You will engage in technical discussions, prepare proposals, and travel to meet customers and events as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from an approved institute.
Experience in industrial sales or aftermarket sales is advantageous.
Strong technical aptitude with compressor industry equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative spirit.
Results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in sales software and MS Office applications.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers focusing on aftermarket needs.
Provide expert technical consultation to support maintenance and upgrade decisions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms per company policy.
Collaborate with service, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Participate in customer events, trade shows, and product trainings to enhance knowledge and network.
Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts using CRM and reporting tools.
