Job summary

GCC Olayan is seeking a proactive after-sales sales professional in Saudi Arabia to grow revenue by selling genuine parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts. The role focuses on new business, customer relationships, and field support to improve after-sales profitability.

You will manage visits, maintain CRM pipelines, and target fleets and workshops across KSA, with regular reporting to management and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3–6 years in after-sales, field sales, or parts/service sales within KSA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contract sales, and after-sales revenue.
• Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and PM packages.
• Execute weekly/monthly customer visit plans across assigned locations.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and opportunity pipelines.
• Follow up on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities.
• Identify and target new fleets, workshops, and contractors in KSA.
• Conduct field prospecting through site visits.
• Build and maintain a sales funnel of potential new customers.
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts to management.
• Follow company safety policies and regulations when visiting sites.
