Zahran Maintenance and Operation Company in Yanbu announces the opening for Administrative Manager through Jadarat. The position is for men only and based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

As Administrative Manager you will develop plans, supervise daily administrative activities, ensure access to necessary resources, and drive efficiency. Salary ranges from 8,000 to 10,800 Saudi Riyals. This is a full-time role with morning hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.

Responsabilités

• Develop administrative plans and programs to achieve main objectives.
• Supervise schedules of authorities and administrative procedures to improve performance.
• Monitor needs of organizational units and fulfill administrative services such as transportation and hospitality.
• Ensure the application of administrative regulations and instructions, communicating them to organizational units, and following up on their implementation.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to administrative affairs and presenting them to senior management for guidance and advice.
