• Coordinating and monitoring the completion and closure of project phases, evaluating the achievement of project objectives, and ensuring the documentation of all documents, forms, and reports.
• Supervising the preparation of project progress reports, managing project challenges and risks, measuring performance indicators, and reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
