Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing/ factory exposure preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
• ERP systems experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to manage the accounting and financial operations of a manufacturing factory environment in Riyadh The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting costing inventory financial reporting and team supervision The role requires a practical accounting professional who can independently manage the factory s accounting activities and provide accurate financial information to management These responsibilities are consistent with current manufacturing-accounting roles in Riyadh which commonly emphasize cost accounting inventory control financial closing reporting and ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the factory
• Supervise General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Cash Bank transactions
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
• Perform monthly closing and account reconciliations
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting including raw materials labor overhead WIP and finished goods
• Monitor production costs and analyze cost variances
• Control and reconcile inventory and conduct periodic stock counts
• Monitor purchasing production expenses and inventory movements
• Prepare budgets cash-flow forecasts and management reports
• Monitor factory expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Ensure proper recording and control of fixed assets
• Coordinate with production purchasing warehouse sales and management teams
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are accurate and properly maintained
• Support VAT ZATCA audit and other statutory requirements
• Manage and develop the accounting team
• Use accounting ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Age 35 45 years
• Strong previous experience as an Accountant Senior Accountant Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
• Manufacturing factory experience is mandatory or highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting
• Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP accounting software such as Odoo SAP Oracle or similar systems is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
