Accountant – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparing financial statements, and performing other related tasks. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1000 SAR per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years' experience in the field. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc.
• Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable processes including billing and collections
• Monitor cash flow on a daily basis and provide projections for upcoming months
• Oversee payroll processes including calculating timecards, wages, bonuses, deductions etc.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement or cost savings
• Assist with external audits when needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the finance department head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Three (3) years of accounting experience; experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; Saudi Arabian GAAP preferred
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Strong analytical abilities; problem identification/solving skills
