Job summary

Elite Leading Contracting Co. Ltd. seeks an Accountant based in Saudi Arabia to manage accounting operations, cash flow reporting and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience in the KSA logistics/transport sector, with vendor management and EMI schedule handling. Responsibilities include daily transaction recording, reconciliations, invoicing, VAT records, month-end close, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and ZATCA regulations.
• Proficiency with ZOHO ERP and MS Excel.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile daily sales cash, card, and POS transactions.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory transactions and support stock reconciliation.
• Prepare VAT-related records and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare basic financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
