Job summary

Qualifications

• Arabic language skills are compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account support and routine operational activities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and assist with invoices and statements for payment-related activities.
• Escalate commercial or service-related issues to senior sales team as required.
• Assist in preparing regular sales and customer performance reports.
• Support SAP master data maintenance for customers (Ship-To / Sold-To).
• Assist with office administration, licenses, and vendor management.
• Translate Arabic documents to support local and global requirements.
