Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a proactive Sales Support specialist to assist the sales and commercial teams with routine account activities and admin tasks. You will coordinate internal processes, support invoices, and maintain accurate records for customer accounts.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, support forecasts and open orders analysis, and help prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in chemical/ mechanical engineering or chemistry.
• Graduate with 3–4 years in technical, sales support, customer service or sales admin.
• Arabic language skills are compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Support all customer accounts with routine operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and assist with invoices and statements.
• Escalate commercial or service issues to senior sales team members as required.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage smaller customers to develop account management skills.
• Develop product knowledge, technical understanding and applications.
• Support continuous improvement in customer service and internal processes.
• Assist in preparing regular sales and customer performance reports.
• Support analysis of sales trends, forecasts and open orders.
• Maintain accurate customer sales data and documentation.
• Facilitate renewing licenses, manage office vendor relations, equipment, and translation tasks.
