Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Graduate with 3–4 years in technical, sales support, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Arabic language skills are compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Support and routine operational activities for customer accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and issue follow‑ups; assist with invoices and statements.
• Escalate commercial or service issues to senior sales team members as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage smaller customers to develop account management skills.
• Develop product knowledge, technical understanding and applications.
• Support continuous improvement in customer service and internal processes.
• Assist in preparing regular sales and customer performance reports.
• Support forecast uploads and system updates as instructed.
• Assist with SAP master data maintenance for customers, including Ship-To / Sold-To records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data.
• Facilitate renewing of government licenses, documents, and office insurance.
