Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in heavy equipment/vehicle maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems in heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software; familiarity with OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repair operations for a fleet of heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Supervise a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement to secure spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards (OSHA and ISO 45001).
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory levels.
