Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel) is seeking a reliable Plumber/Plant Operator to manage plumbing systems and support plant operations with precision. You will respond to guest room plumbing issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and participate in renovations requiring plumbing work.

The role requires a Diploma or certification in Plumbing and 2–3 years of hotel or hospitality experience, with strong knowledge of plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Plumbing or relevant technical training.
• 2-3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain all plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, valves, water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems.
• Respond promptly to guest room plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, low water pressure, and faulty fixtures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on all plumbing-related systems to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Ensure proper functioning of water supply and sewage systems, and monitor for any irregularities or leaks.
• Perform regular inspections of all plumbing installations in guest rooms, kitchens, staff accommodation, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Work with other maintenance staff during hotel renovation or upgrade projects, especially those involving plumbing modifications.
• Prepare and submit reports on completed jobs, materials used, and system conditions.
• Well, maintain the swimming Pool & RO Plant.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plumber/Plant Operator to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This role involves managing plumbing systems and supporting plant operations with precision and efficiency.
