Job summary

Dewan Consultants is seeking an experienced Plumber for a facilities management position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a complex plumbing infrastructure within a large residential community and associated facilities.

Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience and a professional certificate or diploma. Working hours are 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an initial contract of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency plumbing calls for clogs, leaks and gas odors; diagnose and fix problems.
• Handle tools, equipment and spare parts responsibly.

Urgent hiring "Plumber" with Maintenance Exp. for a leading Facilities Management Co. in KSA.

Position:- Plumber

Work Location :- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview:-

The Plumber is responsible for timely repair and maintenance of a complex plumbing infrastructure, equipment and fixtures within a gated residential community (Compound) that is comprised of 605 Residential Units (375 Villas, 230 Apartments in Seven Apartment Buildings), a Recreational Center (Clubhouse), Back-of-House Offices and a Convenience Store. The Plumber must be well-versed in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing the plumbing infrastructure, components and fixtures.

Job Core Responsibilities:-

• nstall, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Water Supply Pumps, Deep Well Pumps, Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Plant, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Heaters, Grease Traps, Backflow Prevention Devices and Valves, Flush Meters and Valves, Water Meters, Faucets, Toilets, Basin and Sinks, Water Sprays, etc.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls concerning clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, reported gas odor/leaks, diagnose the problem, and undertake corrective action.
• Handle equipment, tools and spare parts and responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Professional Certificate or Diploma.
• Experience:- Min/ of 4+ years as Plumber for a General Contractor, Property Management or Facilities Maintenance Company.
• Extensive maintenance and repair experience related to plumbing infrastructure, tools, fixtures, equipment and components
• Ability to read plumbing schematics and work plans
• Ability to work outside of business hours, weekends and during holidays when the operation mandates
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask when required
• Good grooming standards and professional appearance.

Salary and benefits

:- Basic : SAR 1800 + Food Allowance: SAR 300 + Accommodation & Transportation + Insurance Provided by Company.
