Charterhouse are working with a highly respected, high-net-worth family, who are seeking a Household Manager to become an integral part of their household operations, managing their private residence and household staff.

The House Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the estate, overseeing all departments including security, housekeeping, maintenance and more. Working in close collaboration with the family and their personal team, this role will be the driving force behind the smooth, discreet, and efficient management of the household.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate and coordinate multiple departments (security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).

Please note our client is seeking a male House Manager. The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years’ experience working either in private estate management or in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality, who is now looking to move into a private residence role.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with an understanding of the nuances involved in working with high-net-worth individuals, as well as proven experience in managing multiple departments. Above all, the House Manager must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
