Overview

We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and globally minded Personal Assistant to support a high-profile, internationally active CEO. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced environment. Based in Doha, Qatar, this is a contract position with strong potential to evolve into a long-term engagement for the ideal candidate.

The successful candidate will serve as the CEO's right hand-managing schedules, coordinating international engagements, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage and optimise the CEO's complex calendar, including international travel, meetings, and high-level engagements.
  • Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all commitments.
  • Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate confidential correspondence and maintain utmost discretion at all times.
Logistics & Travel Management
  • Arrange international and domestic travel: flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure seamless door-to-door travel experiences, managing last-minute changes with composure.
  • Organise logistics for business trips, conferences, client visits, and events.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, expense reporting, and record management.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and VIP stakeholders across global markets.
  • Support strategic projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
Personal Support
  • Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks, lifestyle management, and private arrangements when required.
  • Coordinate personal appointments, events, and household or family-related logistics as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages‑particularly Arabic, French, or Mandarin—are a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience supporting a senior executive, HNWI, or international CEO.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities—able to handle competing priorities with ease.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, digital calendar tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
