Job summary

Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking a Guest Relations professional to join Minor Hotels. The role supports daily front desk operations, handles guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborates with other departments to deliver outstanding service.

You will oversee check-in/check-out processes, mentor staff, and participate in VIP arrangements. English proficiency is essential; Russian language skills are a plus in a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken and Russian is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the Front desk team in coordinating guest services and activities.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Train and mentor guest relations staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback and assist in VIP guest arrangements.
