Minor Hotels at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking a front desk professional dedicated to exemplary guest service. You will handle guest inquiries, maintain knowledge of hotel products, and ensure service meets the highest standards.

Strong communication in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant, luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful, attentive manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates, and facilities.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction; take responsibility for issues and follow up promptly.
• Be proactive in suggesting alternatives to meet guest needs.
• Develop close working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Attend events, daily shift briefings and training to enhance professional skills.
