Job summary

Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara in Doha seeks a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

You will handle inquiries with a courteous attitude, coordinate with other hotel departments, and contribute to memorable stays for guests.

Fluency in English, a service mindset, and the ability to work shifts are essential; prior front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• Excellent communication; English fluency required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office; PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and guest check-in/out.
• Greet guests and register them efficiently.
• Provide outstanding guest service during stay.
• Settle guest accounts upon check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly.
