Job summary
An international manufacturing company located in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a skilled professional to manage production planning and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management, hands-on experience in production processes, and strong skills in SAP and Lean Manufacturing. Responsibilities
- Negotiate and coordinate production planning with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts.
- Manage production leveling and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee shipments and manage bottlenecks to meet delivery targets.
- Participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.

- Develop and implement the production plan, ensuring alignment with annual sales forecasts.
- Manage production leveling and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee shipments to customers and manage bottlenecks to meet delivery targets.
- Actively participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or similar.
- Experience: Hands‑on experience with production processes, quality tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Know‑how & Skills: Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools. Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with resilience under pressure.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required. German is a plus.
- Personality & Working Style: Critical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel as required.
