As a Content Moderator, you’ll review and assess user-generated content — including product listings, posts, and other submissions — to ensure they align with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards. Your work will help maintain a safe, consistent, and positive environment for shoppers and sellers worldwide.

• Monitor and evaluate content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

• Review user submissions with fairness, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.

• Support a secure and seamless shopping experience for all platform users.

• Follow established workflows while adapting to new policies and evolving priorities.

• Identify, document, and elevate sensitive or complex cases as needed.

• Stay informed on platform updates, moderation procedures, and industry trends.

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
