Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and coordinate production planning with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and coordinate production planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the production plan, ensuring alignment with annual sales forecasts.
• Manage production leveling and monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee shipments to customers and manage bottlenecks to meet delivery targets.
• Actively participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or similar.
• Experience: Hands‑on experience with production processes, quality tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Know‑how & Skills: Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools. Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with resilience under pressure.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required. German is a plus.
• Personality & Working Style: Critical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel as required.
