• Define and execute the CRM strategy to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Manage the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, app, etc.).
• Lead personalization and segmentation efforts to deliver targeted and relevant communications.
• Leverage data insights to improve CRM performance and inform broader marketing strategies.
• Oversee CRM platforms, ensuring best practices in campaign execution and automation.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies, and approaches.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing CRM team, fostering expertise, collaboration, and excellence.
• Set clear goals, accountability measures, and growth opportunities for team members.
• Establish processes and best practices, ensuring consistent implementation across the company and all markets.

• A strong leader with a proven ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and drive high-performance cultures.
• Someone with a good understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).
• Analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• A results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a strategic perspective.
