Join a dynamic team at Bose as a Senior Business Process Analyst, where you'll play a key role in shaping the company's operating strategy and long-range vision. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll apply lean methodologies and best practices to optimize end-to-end processes across Account to Report, Customer to Cash, Source to Pay, and Order Management. As a subject matter expert, you'll drive continuous improvement, simplify complexity, and enhance operational efficiency and quality.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a transformative environment, requiring agility, critical thinking, and a passion for delivering results. You'll also be a vital contributor to Bose’s future ERP implementation, helping to build scalable systems that support global business growth.

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on customer needs and strategic goals; design and execute a prioritized roadmap of process improvement initiatives to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence.
  • Actively seeking and actioning opportunities to standardize processes and implement automation, overseeing all aspects related of the implementation
  • Performing root cause analysis where process performance is not meeting targets, implementing and testing countermeasures, refining as appropriate
  • Developing, analyzing and refining KPI’s that drive awareness of process capability and performance, continuously challenging their relevance and adapting according to Bose strategic goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to map the current state processes, identifying waste opportunities and other workflow impediments, and innovating a future state process that will be simplified and standardized.
  • Implementing key controls in standard work to ensure process performance achieves desired outcomes, making proactive adjustments as needed
  • Partnering with operational teams to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and ongoing process governance, including the creation and maintenance of process maps, standard operating procedures and policies
  • Proactively identifying and resolving change management issues in collaboration with affected stakeholders to maximize change adoption
  • Providing continuous coaching and expert counsel as needed to stakeholders, ensuring compliance to procedures and policies
  • Conducts in-depth current-state process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Creates detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation.
  • Collaborates with IT teams to assess system capabilities and identify areas for automation and integration
  • Recommends technology enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Inspire engagement across all organizational levels by partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and deliver sustainable performance improvements
Required skills & competences for the success of this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent with a strong track record of leveraging problem-solving skills to standardize, remove waste and automate processes
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Global business environment
  • Strong understanding and/or knowledge of business operations
  • Experience in documenting and creating process documents
  • Experience with Lucid chart, Smartsheets, Confluence and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and motivate individuals within cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Capability to solve complex challenges with a proven track record for resolving complex problems
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, from transactional postings to balance sheet and P&L
  • Highly passionate, autonomous and with superior active listening skills
  • A change agent who is flexible, able to adapt to constant changes in a fast-paced environment and who will continuously challenge traditional thinking
  • Power BI, Automation Anywhere & PMG skills- plus
  • Experience in process mining applications -plus

This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite in Lisbon, Portugal).
