Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an essential role in driving Spotlite’s growth by building strong client relationships with senior management and C‑level executives in infrastructure‑intensive industries. You’ll be on the front lines, identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for long‑term partnerships.

Your day‑to‑day activities will involve collaboration with our experienced Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging best‑in‑class sales tools, prospecting potential clients, and managing your pipeline effectively to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via Email, social networks like LinkedIn, and Cold Calling.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess prospect needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine sales potential.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details, interactions, and follow‑ups.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, outreach and inbound strategies.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule Intro calls for the Account Executive Team.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights from prospect interactions to improve targeting and positioning strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of sales development or similar outbound sales experience.
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable with sales tools (CRM systems, sales engagement platforms).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas or sales targets.
  • Experience at a fast‑paced startup is a (big) plus.
  • Experience in infrastructure, analytics, or related technology sectors preferred but not mandatory.
