Acts as the lead technical developer for email production systems, ensuring smooth platform setup, deployment, and troubleshooting across campaigns.
- Lead technical support for all email platforms (Gamma and related tools).
- Manage platform setup, testing, and provisioning for new projects.
- Oversee development, operations, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on support for complex issues, acting as escalation point.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and analysts to deliver flawless campaign execution.
- 5+ years in development/programming (marketing ops or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of email deployment workflows and QA.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and testing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities.
