As a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, you manage the entire recruitment cycle. You work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to find ideal candidates. You use evaluation methods and your knowledge of human resources to hire suitable candidates for the company's culture.

Your challenge will be:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
  • Determine selection criteria and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including CV’s
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Contribute to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
