Job summary

Infante Sagres Porto is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team in Porto. You will deliver dishes from the kitchen to the wine bar and act as the liaison between sommelier, wait staff, and kitchen, ensuring seamless service.

As part of the dining room team you will perform end-of-service tasks, maintain order and cleanliness, and contribute to a smooth transition between courses. Strong Portuguese and English communication skills are essential, and evening/weekend/public

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from kitchen to wine bar and act as liaison between sommeliers, waiters and kitchen.
• Perform end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and prep for next service.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and functionality of all work areas.
• Support smooth communication between kitchen and wine bar by promptly addressing needs of both teams.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.
