Experimental Porto is opening La Compagnie Porto, a new wine bar in Porto. Under the Head Sommelier, you will assist with wine service, guest engagement, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in a similar role, strong organization, and excellent interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Micros systems is a plus, and evening/weekend shifts are required.

Formación

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of wine and the small plates menu is valued.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize the setup of service areas and dining room to the restaurant's standards.
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude throughout their experience.
• Advise guests with knowledge of the wine list and small plates menu.
• Provide service: present menus, take orders, serve, clear, and reset tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned tables and service area.
• Follow grooming and service standards defined by management.
